日本ポーセリン協会総会はじまる

日本ポーセリン協会２日目の交換会に出されたオールドノリタケの一部。
交換会の出品点数は多くないけれど、営利目的ではないので市場価格よりかなり安く、会員たちが自分たちの審美眼で購入し、長年大切にしてきたものがほとんどなので安心できる。
私自身は年齢的には断捨離が必要で、研究者としてあまりに高価なものを買うのは主旨が違う気がしているが、何故か惹かれて思ってもみなかったものを購入してしまう時がある。個々の作品が持つ力、そんなものを毎年の交換会で強く感じる。そういった作品と出会えた時、そういった作品を大事にしてこられた会員の人たちとの交遊はなにより私の財産と幸せに思う。

The auction of 12th Japan Porecelain Society 2017 was ended successfully. I as a resercher, I don’t like to buy the expensive pieces and I have to care about my ages. However, sometimes I buy a piece that I have never had an idea to buy. It must be a power of the piece itself. I am very happy when I encounter with such a wondeful item and, moreover, I am more than happy to have been making such good relationships with collectors, buyers and reserchers of Old Noritake in Japan and all over the world.
