日本伝統芸展60回記念　工芸からKOGEIへ

2013年12月21日ー2014年2月23日まで、東京国立近代美術館工芸館で、「日本伝統芸展六十回記念　工芸からKOGEIへ」が開催されます。

去年刊行の拙本『美術工芸の明日を担う２０人』で取材させていただいた
前田昭博（陶芸　重要無形文化財保持者）、須田憲司(木工）、中村信喬（人形）や小椋範彦(漆芸）、松崎森平(漆芸）などの選りすぐりの現役作家９７名（陶芸、染織、漆芸、金工、木竹芸、人形、諸工芸）の作品が展示されます。

どうか、日本の伝統工芸の「いま」を知っていただく機会を持てるこの展覧会に来ていただけることを心から願っています。

A wonderful Exhibition, “From Crafts to KOGEI” will be exhibited at Crafts Gallery,The National Museum of Modern Art, Tokyo from 21.12.2013 to 24,02.2014.
The works of very best 97 Japanese contemporary decorative artists including Maeta Masahiro(living national treasure , Ceramics), Suda Kenji(Wood work), and Nakamura Shinkyo(Doll) which I interviewed and wrote about in my book “Twenty Artists Shaping the Future of Japanese Kougei” and , lacquer artist such as Ogura Norihiko and Matuzaki Shinpei will be exhibited.
