オックスフォード、Maison Blancの朝食

オックスフォード大学でのEMI(English Medium Instruction )の授業は毎朝9時半から始まります。滞在しているホテルの朝食は毎朝だと飽きるので、たまに、ホテルから２分のオックスフォードで一番おいしいといわれているMaison Blancというパン屋さんでクロワッサンの朝食をとってから出かけます。
昨日は、EMIができた背景を学びましたが、特にイギリスのPax Britannica 時代の植民地政策とも深い関わりあるという部分が非常に興味深かった。
When I get tired of the breakfast at the Hotel I am staying, I go to a bakery”Maison Blanc” just 2 minutes from the Hotel. I am sure that the croissant in the bakery is one of the best in Oxford!!!. And, then, I walk to the Department of Education.
