夏の夜をヨナナスで楽しむ！

週末は久しぶりに夫や息子夫婦、妹一家などとfamilyで軽井沢で過ごす。
ゴルフ、マージャン、ピクショナリーなど色々楽しんだけれど、今回の目玉はヨナナス。パイナップルのドールが開発した新食感アイス？製造機。バナナを中心に、いちご、桃、ブルーベリーなどを小切りにし冷凍した果実を投入口に入れると電動カッターがフルーツをがりがり粉砕し、アイスクリームとシャーベットの中間のような粘性状態のものができてくる。冷凍したフルーツに空気を含ませながら粉砕＆カットされるため、砂糖も脂肪分も加えていないのに果実の甘みがあり、同時に果実の繊維質やビタミンも含まれている。効能は別として、大いに皆で楽しめた。

I enjoyed summer holiday with my family at Karuizawa, this weekend.
We played golf and board game,etc etc, however, most enjoyable tool of this time was “Jonannas” , invented by Dole. We cut and freeze several fruit such as banana, strawberry, blueberry, and peers ,etc. We put those frozen fruit into the “Jonannas” and push the bar. The miracle new ice appears. It contains no sugar and fats, and so, is very healthy. We enjoyed and ate a lot.
