宮田亮平学長を送る会

今夕、学内キャッスル食堂にて東京藝大教職員による「宮田亮平学長を送る会」。

　宮田学長のスピーチ：「大臣からお話をいただいたとき、最初お断りしました。だって、、、藝大が大好きだから」「まだみなさんになにも恩返しができていないのに」「長官になって海外の要人が来られたら、藝大に案内します。ここは日本そのものです」

ご恩返しができていないのは私たちの方です。ありがとうございました,宮田先生。今後キャンパスでお会いできないのは淋しいけれど、みんな　宮田先生のこと忘れません！！

The farewell party for president Ryohei Miyata　was held at Tokyo University of the Arts(TUA) this evening.
President Miyata said in his speech: “When I was asked to be the Director-General of the Agency for Cultural Affairs, I turned down as I love the TUA so much!!”, “As the Director-General, I will welcome many VIPs from all over the world, and then,I will take them to the TUA because here is the spirit of Japan!!! I am so proud of you, and my University, the Tokyo University of the Arts!!”

We miss you but we will never forget you!!!
