浅草寺　宝蔵門　小舟町大提灯の龍

所用があり、浅草へ。浅草寺は大変な賑わい。浅草寺に行くと、雷門だけではなく、宝蔵門側へも回って、小舟町大提灯の下部の木彫の龍を見る。雷門の大提灯と共に初代渡辺崇雲氏の作。一枚板に彫られた宝珠を抱く龍の下を通ると良いことがありそうな気がする。

I went to Sensouji Temple(Asakusa) today. When I go to the temple, I always go to the big lantern of Kofunecho at the Houzo Gate and watch the wood curving dragon at the bottom by Watanebe Sohun I. The dragon holding sacred gem of the lantern always gives me the luck and energy.
